immunization and health records? Your birth certificate and passport?
Others are saying that you need a receipt to get the clothes, or that they are technically your mother's property if she bought them. That's not really true. If they fit YOU and not her, this is obviously a gift and those are your property.

Aside from the passport the documents are probably cheaper to just replace. Your medical file (and who keeps a full version of that on hand anyway) can be xfred to your new GP with a phone call, same with you immunization and records and generally just a yes or no question that you rarely have to actually prove. Birth Certificate is like 20 bucks and again rarely used.
